Between the ACL Rockies and Fresno Grizzlies in 2021, he hit .256/.352/.436 with 3 home runs and 12 RBI in 25 games. He spent the 2022 season with the High-A Spokane Indians, but hit only .212/.266/.345 with 5 homers, 20 doubles, and 36 RBI. He struck out 92 times in 278 at bats for a whopping 33.1% whiff rate and only stole 3 bases in 7 attempts.
He was back in Fresno to begin 2023, where he improved to .265/.316/.425; his strikeout rate dropped all the way down to 20.1%. He was brought back up to the Lilac City at the end of June as a plethora of Spokane's outfielders moved on to the AA Eastern League. Martin Jr. maintained the .265 batting average he had with the Grizzlies, he posted an improved on-base percentage of .324, but a lesser slugging average of .382. His strikeout rate also went up, but not to where it was in 2022, posting a 28.7% whiff rate in his half season back with the Indians. He stole 10 bases in 13 attempts.
He began 2024 as the Indians cleanup hitter.
