Rob McDonald
Rob McDonald is a college coach.
He hit .319 as a catcher for Murray State in 1984, his senior year. He was assistant coach at Lincoln Junior College in 1985-1987 and head coach in 1988-1990, then was a graduate assistant coach at Mississippi State from 1990-1992 while earning his master's degree. Rob was associate head coach at the University of Memphis from 1993-2000.
In 2003, McDonald became head coach at his alma mater. He coached Murray State through 2014. He was then an assistant coach at Marshall County High School in 2016-2017 and became head coach in July 2017 [1].
