Rob Grow
Rob Grow has coached college baseball for over 15 years.
Grow set the RIT record for OBP (.554) as a senior. He was an assistant coach at Rush-Henrietta High School before returning to RIT as head coach in 1993. He became the school's all-time win leader with 154 on March 24, 2002. In 2006, RIT went 24-16, a school record for wins, which they matched in 2007. Grow reached 300 career victories in April 2009.
