Ridgewood Park
Ridgewood Park, located in Queens, New York, was used as the home park for the Brooklyn Bridegrooms of the American Association on Sundays for several seasons. The club played their first game there on May 2, 1886 and used the park for games through 1889. When the Bridegrooms moved to the National League in 1890, a new American Association team, the Brooklyn Gladiators moved into the stadium in 1890. However, that club was unsuccessful and folded in the middle of its inaugural season.
