Rick Sabath is a college coach.

Sabath was a graduate assistant at the University of Kansas in 1995-1996 while earning his master's degree. He was an assistant coach at Hutchinson Community College from 1997-2000. He was head coach of Cloud County Community College from 2001-2002, then was 107-67 as head coach of Garden City Community College from 2003-2005. His '05 team was 41-17. He then was an assistant at Kansas in 2006.

Sabath took over the reigns as head coach of Fort Hays State University in 2007 and went 91-76 in his first three years.
