The Rhode Island Reds were a member of the New England Collegiate Baseball League from 1996 to 1999. They played at McCarthy Field in West Warwick, RI. During their four years they made the playoffs each time. The Reds went on hiatus in 2000 then returned in 2001 with a new name, the Riverpoint Royals.
