Reuters
Reuters is a news agency founded in London, England in 1851. In spite of its British origins, it was one of the three principal news agencies in the United States in the second half of the 20th century, alongside the Associated Press and United Press International. While it largely focused on business news, it also covered general news, including sports and baseball in particular.
It is well known for its large roster of professional photographers and its pictorial coverage of the news, including baseball.
Murray Janoff and Norman Mac Lean were writers for Reuters.
