Renato Imperiali is an infielder for Nettuno and the brother of Francesco Imperiali.

Renato played for Italy in the 2006 World Junior Championship. He was a rookie star for Nettuno in 2008, hitting .304/.404/.464 and outperforming the club's two middle infielders with major league experience, Frank Menechino and Luis Ugueto. In the 2008 European Cup in Regensburg, he went 3 for 4 in an upset of DOOR Neptunus as Nettuno went on to win the title. He hit .316/.300/.316 during the Cup. In voting after the season at baseball.it, Imperiali was named the best young player in Italian baseball as well as the top second baseman in Serie A1.

He was 0 for 11 with two walks and a run in the Nettuno phase of the 2009 European Cup. He went one for seven with a walk in the Final Four phase, but Nettuno still won the title.
