Elton Ray Hutchison
Ray Hutchison was a Dallas, TX Dallas attorney who was instrumental in bringing the Washington Senators to Texas, to become the Texas Rangers. He led the negotiations and helped get the ballpark built.
He served in the U.S. Navy from 1952 to 1954.
