Ramiro Noguera Brenes (El Loquito)
Ramiro Noguera was a shortstop in Nicaragua. He played for the Nicaraguan national team in the 1952 Amateur World Series and 1953 Amateur World Series (winning Bronze). In the 1954 Central American and Caribbean Games, he was 1 for 20 with four walks, posting the tournament's lowest average by a regular. His .957 fielding percentage at SS was second to Pablo Tineo though he had one error in four chances at 3B.
