Raleigh Redwolves

The Raleigh Redwolves were an original franchise of the Coastal Plain League. They played at Doak Field on the campus of North Carolina State University and were managed by Randy Hood. The Redwolves hold the distinction of being the very first CPL champions (29-21). They won the first half title then beat the Wilson Tobs in the championship series. The following year they relocated to Florence, SC.
