Rafael Maldonado (Rafita)
Rafael Maldonado pitched in Puerto Rico's top amateur league from 1996-2009. He helped the Puerto Rican national team win Gold at the 2002 Central American and Caribbean Games; it was their first baseball Gold in the Central American and Caribbean Games in 43 years. He injured his arm in the 2009 postseason but returned to the mound in 2014.
