Biographical Information[edit]
Rafael García was 29-18 with 22 saves and a 3.63 ERA in Panama's amateur league. [1] He helped Panama win Silver in the 2002 Central American and Caribbean Games. [2] In the 2005 Baseball World Cup, he allowed 13 hits, no walks and 6 runs (2 earned) in 6 2/3 IP, striking out 3 for the Bronze Medal winners. [3]
