Biographical Information

Radhame Perez played for five years in the minors. He hit .042 for the 1997 DSL Athletics West then improved to .138 for the 1998 DSL Athletics East and .247 for the same club in '99. In 2000, he hit .299/.366/.375 for the AZL A's, with 34 runs in 40 games, as their most-used left fielder. With the same club in 2001, he hit just .198/.296/.256.

Perez joined the A's player development system in 2008 as manager of the DSL Athletics 1 team. He probably stayed with the DSL A's in some capacity for the next four years, but this could not be confirmed. Perez was a hitting coach for the DSL Athletics from 2013 to 2022. He moved stateside in 2023 as a hitting coach for the ACL Athletics, then returned to the DSL Athletics in 2024.
