Biographical Information

Quan Cosby was drafted by the Anaheim Angels in the 6th round of the 2001 amateur draft. He turned down a football scholarship to the University of Texas to sign with the Angels for $850,000. Cosby played four seasons in the Angels' chain, never rising above low A ball.

He then attended Texas to play football, catching 92 passes his senior year. He was undrafted by the NFL but was signed by the Cincinnati Bengals for whom he played in 2009-2010. Cosby led the NFL with 40 punt returns for 474 yards in 2009. He then played for the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos in 2011.
