Pulaski, VA was back in the Appalachian League after a four year absense with the Pulaski Rangers, a Rookie League affiliate of the Texas Rangers. In 2003 the Rangers were replaced with the Toronto Blue Jays and the team becoming the Pulaski Blue Jays.
