Pittsburgh Press
The Pittsburgh Press was the last major afternoon newspaper in Pittsburgh, PA. After a 1994 strike, it closed and many writers joined the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Les Biederman worked there for his entire career and William Locke got his start as a sportswriter and sports editor for the paper back in the 1890s.
