Pinky Swander played a couple years with the St. Louis Browns in the young American League. He was a right fielder in 1903, and Charlie Hemphill was the regular right fielder at the time. Jesse Burkett was the left fielder.
In 1910 he was with the Oakland Oaks. He played several seasons for the team in Waterbury, CT and several for the team in Springfield, MA.
