Biographical Information

Ping-Huang Chiu played in the TML for 3 years.

Cheng was signed by the Chianan Luka when they were founded in 1996, and he hit .225/.340/.350 in 37 games in 1997. He was turned into a pitcher in 1998, and he had a 7.86 ERA in 8 games. Chiu struggled again in 1999 as his ERA was 6.00 in 16 games, then the Luka released him.

Overall, Chiu was 3-2 with a 6.70 ERA, pitched 48 1/3 innings and struck out 15 in 2 seasons in the TML.
