Phil Doiron
Phil Doiron was an outfielder on the first Team Canada ever selected; in the 1967 Pan American Games, he hit a 3-run double in a loss to eventual champion Team USA. Doiron was named the Maritimes best baseball player of 1960-1970 and hit a record .538 in 1964. He also played two seasons in the Nova Scotia Senior Hockey League, topping 100 points in 1962-1963; his 50 goals ranked 4th.
