Biographical Information[edit]

Petie Behan was a 33 year old rookie with the Philadelphia Phillies in 1921, pitching two games. He came back in 1922 for seven more games, pitching well (although he gave up 14 unearned runs), and then went 3-12 in 1923 at the age of 35. The most similar pitcher was his near contemporary Ernie Nevers. Behan played for the Bradford Drillers in 1916.
