Biographical Information[edit]

Outfielder/First baseman Pete Peterson played in the minor leagues from 1955 to 1958, hitting .291 with 393 hits in 368 games over four seasons. He began his career with 19 home runs in 120 games, then hit .379 with 4 dingers in just 66 at-bats in 1956. In 1957, he had 11 triples and 10 stolen bases, and in 1958, he hit at least 19 home runs in 105 games between two clubs.
