Pete Meyer
Biographical Information[edit]
Pete Meyer was a college coach.
Meyer was graduate assistant coach at Valdosta State University from 1988-1990. He was head coach of Oglethorpe University in 1992-1993 then was assistant at Valdosta State again from 1994-1998 and at Florida Southern College from 1999-2001. In 2002, he became head coach of Florida Southern, a job he held until 2008 and again in 2011-2012. He was 308-139-1 as head coach. He led the team to the 2005 Division II College World Series title. Gus Schlosser was one of his products. He later was athletic director at FSC.
