Peanutball
Peanutball is the earliest form of baseball (except for beeball) offered by the Royal Netherlands Baseball and Softball Federation since 1975. In recent years the game is offered also by its Flemish counterpart, the Flemish Baseball and Softball League. Thomas De Wolf is an example of a former peanut.
The number of L's ending the name of the sport are somewhat variable, sometimes one as in "Honkbal", sometimes two as in "Baseball".
From ages four to nine, (not everywhere exactly the same age group)players playing peanutball learn the basics of baseball. The game is similar to Tee Ball, but many small differences make it distinct from that.
