Biographical Information

Paul O'Neil has been a college coach.

O'Neil was an assistant at Montreat College (1993-1994) and Virginia Commonwealth University (1995-1996). From 1997-2000, he was head coach of Shenandoah University. Taking over a 14-23 team, he led them to 31-11 in his last year, setting a school record forwins. In 2001, he moved to the head coaching position at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. He reached 350 career wins in 2009.
