Biographical Information

Paul Lessard has been a trainer.

Lessard was assistant trainer for the NFL Atlanta Falcons (1985-1986) and Fort Lauderdale Yankees (1987-1988) then spent 10 years at the college level, with Boston University and the College of the Holy Cross. In 1998, he became the first athletic trainer for the Arizona Diamondbacks, a role he held until 2005. He was head trainer for the Boston Red Sox from 2006-2009 then moved to the St. Louis Cardinals in the same role.
