Paul Kerr
Paul Kerr was president of the Hall of Fame from 1961-1978 and served on the Veterans Committee from 1953-1978. Kerr had worked for the Clark Foundation (the Clark family having founded the Hall). Kerr helped oversee the construction of the Hall's library, established in 1968. He was succeeded as president by his assistant, Edward W. Stack.
