Pat Bloom
Pat Bloom is a college coach.
Bloom was a reliever in college, going to the 1997 Division III College World Series with Carthage College. After graduating in 2001, he was pitching coach at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2002. He was a graduate assistant at Miami University while getting a master's in Sports Sciences. He returned to Stevens Point in 2004 as head coach.
In 2005, he guided the school to a 38-11 record, a new highwater mark for wins. He followed with a 35-18 season including a trip to the 2006 Division III College World Series. He was 34-17 the next season and took his team to the 2007 Division III College World Series. In 2010, the school was 33-16 and got to the 2010 Division III College World Series. He also would guide the team to the 2013 Division III College World Series. He was 426-189 at UWSP.
After the 2015 season, Bloom moved to Washington University in Saint Louis as head coach.
