Ondřej Petřík has played for the Czech national team several times.

Petřík was 2 for 11 with two walks, a2 runs and a RBI in the 2001 European Championship. In 2003, the first season for which Czech stats are available online, he hit .319/.434/.377 for Draci Brno with 7 steals in 7 tries. He batted .346/.454/.519 in 2004 with 21 runs in 28 games; he was 8th in the Extraliga in slugging and 10th in OBP.

In 2005, Ondřej produced at a .361/.441/.392 rate and was 10-for-12 in steals. He scored 23 times in 24 games. He was 10th in average and tied for fifth in swipes. Petřík did not apparently play in the 2006 Extraliga. In '07, he hit .188/.278/.232, a far cry from his prior performances. He still played for the Czech Republic in the 2007 European Championship, going one for nine with a run.

Petřík only batted .228/.299/.304 for Draci Brno in 2008. He hit .167/.250/.222 in the 2008 European Cup in Regensburg. He went 2 for 22 with a run, 3 walks, 9 strikeouts and a RBI in the 2008 World University Championship and fielded only .862, with 4 errors in 7 games. In the 2008 European Championship Qualifiers, he was 2 for 12 with a double, walk, 3 runs and a RBI.

He was 0 for 4 with three strikeouts in the 2009 European Cup.
