Northern Oklahoma College Enid was created in 1999 when Northern Oklahoma College bought the former Phillips University campus in Enid, OK and created a satellite campus. NOC Enid has sponsored baseball since 2001. Raydon Leaton has been head coach since 2001. J.T. Severe went here and was assistant coach from 2007-2009. Ryan Bay was assistant coach in 2001-2002.
