North Platte 80s

The North Platte 80s were added as an expansion team to the Pecos League in 2024. It was named after Interstate 80, which passes through North Platte, located in West Central, Nebraska. The 80s were North Platte's first professional baseball team since 1959, the last season of the North Platte Indians of the Nebraska State League.

The 80s finished the 2024 season with a 16-33 record under manager Todd Everleth. North Platte won 12 of its last 20 games to remain in playoff contention through the last week of the season.
