Biographical Information[edit]
Nobori Inoue was a Supreme Court judge in Japan who became Nippon Pro Baseball's second commissioner in 1956. In 1959, he became the first chairman of the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame. He was inducted into the Hall himself in 1965.
