Nine Innings

Nine Innings, subtitled The Anatomy of a Baseball Game is a book by Daniel Okrent published in 1985. Okrent dissects the game of June 10, 1982 played between the Baltimore Orioles and the Milwaukee Brewers, out by out. In the process, he also describes the decisions made by each team and how they got to that point in their franchises' history.
