Biographical Information[edit]

Catcher Nicholas McKenzie was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 14th round of the 1970 amateur draft. He played in 14 games for the Caldwell Cubs that year, hitting .188/.257/.281 with one home run and five RBI. He had 5 passed balls and one error in 10 games behind the plate, serving as Caldwell's third-string backstop.
