New Westminster Frasers
The only professional baseball team in the history of New Westminster, BC, the New Westminster Frasers played a single season, 1974, in the Northwest League, and called Queens Park Stadium home. The independent club was managed by pitcher John Wojcik (5-4, 3.86) and went 34-50, last in the western division. They also drew the fewest fans (10,529). Switch-hitting 1B-OF Doug Meyer led the team in hitting, with a .330/~.462/.409 line.
