Biographical Information

Nelson Mieles pitched one game for the Ecuadorian national team that won the Bronze at the 2013 Bolivarian Games. The 17-year-old started the opener and lost to Guatemala but turned in a decent outing (6 IP, 7 H, 9 K, 3 BB, 4 R, 2 ER) against a team that included one former and one future minor leaguer.
