National Harbor, MD

National Harbor is located in southern Maryland, on the east bank of the Potomac River across from Alexandria, VA and immediately south of Washington, DC, on the site of the former Fort Washington. A convention center was built on the site and was the site of Baseball's 2016 Winter Meetings.
