Biographical Information[edit]

Natalie Land has played for the US women's national team.

Land was All-State in both softball and basketball in high school, as well as being school valedictorian. She set school records in softball for average (.555) and steals (173) and in basketball for points (3,374). As a college freshman, she hit .259/.344/.336 in softball and stole 14 bases in 14 tries. The next year, she improved to .304/.386/.342 with 20 swipes in 24 attempts. As a junior, her batting line read .346/.436/.513 with 25 steals in 31 tries and she made All-Conference USA. Her senior season, Land hit .346/.413/.560 with 51 runs and 43 steals (caught only 4 times) in 58 contests. She set UCF records for steals in a season and career and made All-Conference again.

Natalie then joined Team USA for the 2012 Women's Baseball World Cup.
