Nashua Hawks
The Nashua Hawks were members of the independent North Atlantic League in its 1995-1996 run. They were 28-31 in '95, finishing third of four teams, and were managed by Allan Cupper. Attendance was 14,339, also third i nthe league. The only All-Stars were 1B Doug Spofford, who finished second in the league with a .343 average, and batting champion/LF Keith Qualter (.354). They played their games at Holman Stadium.
In 1996, the Hawks finished last at 23-53 and were 4th of six clubs in attendance (13,556). Ken Hairr now managed the team, whose sole All-Star was OF Jose DeLeon (.341). Nick Rizzo (3-4, 2.12) was third in the league in ERA.
