Naotaka Makino (牧野 直隆)

Biographical Information

Naotaka Makino managed the All-Kanebo team to three consecutive Intercity Baseball Tournament championships from 1950 to 1952. From 1937 to 2002, he worked for the Japan High School Baseball Federation. He was the Federation's president from 1981 to 2002.

Makino was inducted into the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame in 1996.
