Biographical Information[edit]
Monroe Ingram was a college baseball coach.
A basketball player at the University of Central Arkansas, Ingram became the head baseball coach in 1970 at Southern Arkansas University. He coached for seven seasons, amassing a record of 107-86. During that time, his teams won two Arkansas Intercollegiate Conference titles and appeared in five NAIA District 17 tournaments. In 1980, he became head basketball coach at SAU, a position he held until 1997.
