Monchín Pichardo
Domingo Ernesto Pichardo Vicioso
Monchín Pichardo was president and general manager of the Licey Tigers from 1963-1964; the team would win six Caribbean Series titles under his leadership. He developed working agreements with Los Angeles Dodgers, St. Louis Cardinals and Oakland Athletics. He was also a table tennis star, entering the table tennis Hall of Fame in 1988. Pichardo was elected to the Caribbean Baseball Hall of Fame in 2004.
