Biographical Information[edit]
Mike Odenwaelder has played in the minors and been a college coach.
Odenwaelder hit .298/.344/.429 in college in 2013, .427/.475/.640 in '14 and .361/.427/.541 in 2015. [1] The Baltimore Orioles took him in the 16th round of the 2015 amateur draft. The scout was Kirk Fredriksson. [2] He hit .214/.275/.271 for the 2015 Aberdeen IronBirds, fielding .991 with 8 assists in right field. He was at .205/.222/.333 in '16 and again played excellent defense (33 PO, 4 A, 0 E).
He then returned to Amherst as assistant coach from 2018-2021 then was assistant at Dartmouth College in 2022 before becoming head coach of Eastern Connecticut State University. [3]
