Biographical Information

Mike Neal has been a college coach. He was head coach of Millikin University from 1992-1997 and Blackburn College from 1999-2023. He set the school record for wins in a season three times in his first 11 years and became the winningest coach in any sport at Blackburn.

The United States Sports Academy announced the hire of Neal as its inaugural Head Baseball Coach in December 2023 [1].
