Biographical Information[edit]
Mike Metcalfe was 2 for 5 with a triple, 2 steals and 2 RBI for the US in the 1991 World Junior Championship as the backup 2B to Aaron Boone. The US won Bronze.
In pro ball, he had nine seasons in the minors and eight games in the majors.
He was drafted out of the University of Miami the same year as Danny Graves.
