Outfielder Mike Kiner is the son of Ralph Kiner. After four years at UCLA, he was signed by the New York Mets. He hit .275/.412/.304 with 15 walks in 25 games for the 1975 Wausau Mets, his only crack at pro ball. While he hit for a good average and drew walks, he lacked his pop's pop, hitting no homers.
