The son of Mike Bacsik, Mike Bacsik gave up Barry Bonds's 756th home run on August 7th, 2007, while pitching for the Washington Nationals. He played for Team USA during qualifiers for the 2008 Olympics and went 0-1, allowing nine hits, five runs and two homers in five innings in their only loss, a defeat against Venezuela.
