Miguel Palomo

Miguel Palomo was a second baseman for the Costa Rican national team in the 1950 Central American and Caribbean Games. It seems likely he is related to teammate Alvaro Palomo, whose matrilineal surname also starts with R. It is also possible he is related to 1959 Costa Rican player Eduardo Palomo. A Palomo played second for Costa Rica in the 1951 Amateur World Series; it is plausible that this is Miguel but could be one of the others. He was with Costa Rica in the 1959 Pan American Games but it is unclear if he was a player, a coach or the manager.
