Matt Daily

Matt Daily has been a college coach.

Daily was All-league in baseball and football in high school. He was an assistant coach at Del Mar Junior College in 1999, then was at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in 2000 and the University of Portland in 2001. He was assistant coach and recruiting coordinator of Lewis & Clark College in 2002. He coached for Georgetown University in 2003, then was an associate scout for the San Diego Padres in 2004-2005, covering Indiana and Michigan. From 2006-2008, he was assistant coach at Santa Clara University.

Daily became head coach of Menlo College in 2009 and went 17-19, then improved to 22-15 in 2010 during the school's transition back to NAIA status. After a school record 32 wins in 2011, Daily moved to Pacific University as an assistant coach.
