Biographical Information[edit]
Matt Bolger was a college coach.
Bolger served in the Marines and coached football at Brown University and Providence College. He then was baseball coach at Rutgers University from 1961-1983, going 288-245-7. He also was assistant football coach from 1956-1965 at Rutgers. He coached Jeff Torborg in college. Bolger retired as the all-time Rutgers win leader, regardless of sport.
